Führende Rolle bei der modellbasierten Planung komplexer Projekte – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.
Entwicklung und Steuerung innovativer BIM-Modelle und -Prozesse für anspruchsvolle Auftraggeber.
Tragwerksplanung für Holz-, Stahl-, Stahlbeton-, Spannbeton- und Hybridbauweisen.

ANFORDERUNGEN:

Ausbildung als Zeichner/in im Ingenieurbau EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Erfahrung in Tragwerksplanung und Modellierung anspruchsvoller Hoch- oder Ingenieurbauprojekte.
Sicher im Umgang mit CAD- und BIM-Tools (z. B. Revit, Allplan) sowie Verständnis für digitale Planungsprozesse.
Innovationsgeist und unternehmerisches Denken.
Hohe Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
