You can expect the following

Model-based cost planning and control across all project phases

Analysis of budget requirements and evaluation of projects during the conceptual phases

Preparation of master, monitoring and detailed schedules for all project phases in accordance with the HOAI

Development and definition of procurement strategies

Preparation and execution of tenders

Commercial and technical review and evaluation of bids

Involvement in tender and contract negotiations

You bring along

Degree in architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering with a specialisation in construction

Several years’ relevant professional experience

Knowledge of cost planning and/or tendering and/or scheduling

Fluency in German, written and spoken
