Coho Construction Management is seeking an experienced General Civil Engineer to join our team in support of a newly awarded contract. The ideal candidate will have a P.E. license in any state and have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a designer for land development projects.
This remote role requires travel and will provide discipline-specific technical review and oversight support to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and contract requirements for a DHS design and construction program. This is a part-time on-call position. It's an estimated 200 hours of work within six months.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Review discipline-specific drawings, calculations, and specifications.
Review shop drawings and technical submittals.
Support resolution of technical issues and design clarifications.
Assist with code compliance and system performance reviews.
Support inspections, testing, and commissioning as required.
Required Experience
Bachelor of Science in engineering.
Active PE license.
Minimum 5+ years of Civil engineer experience.
