The posting

You will resolve project scope commensurate with user needs, funding sponsor needs, budget limitations, codes, and regulations.

You will conduct functional, technical, and economical review of the Architectural and Engineering (AE) design documents to assure projects meet the functional, technical, and economical requirements.

You will manage projects from beginning to completion.

You will serve as Contracting Officers Technical Representative (COTR) when consultants are hired to complete assignments.

You will design and prepare drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for storm drainage, water, sewage, pavements, grounds, railroads, buildings, waterfront and coastal facilities, and U.S. Marine Corps operational and training facilities.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing civil engineering project management by coordinating projects from conception through completion, developing scopes of work, cost estimates, design plans, and specifications, and providing technical review to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
