# **Process Engineer II (m/f/d)- 100%** #

## **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** ##

* Develop stable and capable manufacturing processes through a structured process development approach.

* Manage costs through the delivery of scrap, reprocessing and consumable projects.

* Design & develop tools, fixtures, gauges and special equipment for manufacturing operations in conjunction with Technicians and outside vendors.

* Plan, execute, and document process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure robust and compliant manufacturing processes.

* Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.

* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.

* Actively interface with cross-functional team members, always practicing good team work in support of day to day operating and project requirements.

* Demonstrate strong leadership and a clear identifiable work ethos within the Engineering team.

## **YOUR BACKGROUND** ##

* **Education**: Bachelor-s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

* **Experience**: Proven background in manufacturing engineering, process validation, or quality engineering. Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace) is a plus.

* **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of validation requirements (IQ/OQ/PQ), NC/CAPA processes, and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, GMP).

* **Skills**: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation abilities.

* **Languages**: Professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
