E2E Process Engineer

The actual location of this job is in Visp, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed. This is a fully site-based role. Benefits in Visp: https://bit.ly/3wjkoFi As an E2E Process Engineer, you will support strategic capital projects across the ADS Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering and operational solutions that ensure successful project delivery and operational readiness.

What you will do: Support delivery of strategic capital investment programs across the ADS Platform. Develop project charters, business requirements, scopes, and execution strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate project deliverables effectively. Maintain project schedules, governance frameworks, and progress reporting.

Prepare business cases, funding approvals, and portfolio decision materials. Lead technical evaluations, process engineering activities, and operational readiness initiatives. Support risk, change, cost, schedule, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.

What we are looking for: Master-s degree in Chemical, Process, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related field. Fluent in English and German. Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of process engineering, facility design, GMP operations, and capital project execution.

Understanding of the full project lifecycle, from design through start-up and operational readiness. Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
