For our lively self-service restaurant on Fräkmüntegg with a breathtaking view, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual who creates culinary experiences, gladly takes responsibility and represents our host.

What you can achieve

* Deputising for and supporting the host in personnel recruitment, personnel planning and management as well as in the training and supervision of apprentices

* Managing a kitchen station in daily operations, mise en place and serving food to guests

* Preparing daily and banquet menus as well as culinary special offers (Sunday brunch, tartare hut, etc.)

* Contributing to the further development of the food and beverage offerings

* Co-responsible for compliance with hygiene regulations and for ordering

* Mostly day shifts without overnight duties

What distinguishes you

* Warm and service-oriented personality with joy in guest contact

* Completed training as a chef EFZ, professional experience in various kitchen stations an advantage

* First experience in team leadership

* Very good German skills as well as good spoken English skills

* Creativity in co-designing the menu

* Team spirit, resilience, flexibility
