AC Technician

As a Carpenter, you will perform a variety of carpentry maintenance tasks to install, repair, and maintain the property's wooden structures, furniture, fittings, and fixtures. You will play a key role in ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and appearance.

What you will be doing

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on furniture, doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, and other wooden structures.

Repair and replace damaged woodwork, fittings, and furnishings.

Install, assemble, and modify carpentry items as required.

Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs.

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with hotel standards.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Support other engineering team members when required.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest concerns.

Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.

Your experience and skills include

Should have proven track record in similar job role for at least 2 years for 5 Star Resort in UAE

Should have technical education background and related diplomas

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to prioritize work in a busy work schedule.

Should be a team player
