If you’re the go-to person, the one who answers the questions, with the know-how to keep facilities running like clockwork, we have exciting new opportunities for Carpenters to join our Team, working a Monday to Friday roster at Gove in the Northern Territory.

In order to be successful in this role it is essential you have a positive can-do attitude and meet the following:

Trade Certificate in Carpentry

C Class Drivers License

Commitment to Safety in the workplace

Physically fit and able to work in diverse weather conditions

Carpentry experience at a remote site camp, village or property maintenance

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients

Excellent attention detail and the be able to provide professional customer service ensuring exceptional presentation to client/customer satisfaction

Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads

The applicant must be able to demonstrate appropriate skills, experience and qualifications to perform the below listed tasks:

Door replacements

Replacing/installing locksets

Wall Lining replacement and repairs

Flooring and Metal Roofing replacement and repairs - including flashings and cappings.

Plasterboard ceiling replacements including flushing

Carpentry replacements (Cupboards and Draws)

Framing /Partition construction.
