PROGRAM ANALYST

You will provide expert analytical, advisory, and oversight services for complex acquisition programs and contracts.
You will ensure contractor performance aligns with statutory, regulatory, and mission requirements and provides programmatic and financial oversight consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency policy.
You will monitor contractor performance for compliance with contract terms, performance work statements (PWS), service level agreements (SLAs), and deliverable schedules.
You will provide acquisition and program analysis across multiple Acquisition Pathways.
You will track obligation and expenditure rates against funding appropriations.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: 1.
Providing expert analytical, advisory, and oversight services for complex acquisition programs and contracts; 2. Monitoring contractor performance for compliance with contract terms, performance work statements (PWS), service level agreements (SLAs), and deliverable schedules; 3.
Identifying performance deficiencies and recommending corrective actions to the Contracting Officer (CO); AND 4. Conducting risk identification and mitigation planning in coordination with Program Management Office (PMO).
