Nous accompagnons une structure immobilière à taille humaine, adossée à un groupe financier reconnu, dans le cadre d'une création de poste stratégique au sein de son équipe finance.

Vous interviendrez sur des missions variées mêlant comptabilité immobilière, suivi de fonds et reporting financier :
\- Gestion de la comptabilité immobilière d'un portefeuille d'actifs en Suisse
\- Participation à la comptabilité et au suivi d'un fonds immobilier
\- Contrôle et coordination avec les régies partenaires
\- Participation aux clôtures trimestrielles et aux reportings financiers
\- Contribution à la valorisation des actifs
\- Suivi des flux de trésorerie, paiements et décomptes de charges
\- Participation aux audits et à l'amélioration continue des processus
Le profil recherché
\- Première expérience réussie en comptabilité immobilière, idéalement en régie ou environnement lié aux fonds immobiliers
\- Français courant, bon niveau d'Allemand et d'Anglais obligatoire
\- Envie d'évoluer vers une approche plus "investment / fonds immobilier" que régie classique
\- Personnalité curieuse, proactive et impliquée
\- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant mais bienveillant
\- Bon relationnel et goût pour le travail en équipe
