Finance and Accounting Services is a growing department at One Source Virtual. This candidate must have strong attention to detail, good clerical and organizational skills, be quality-oriented, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate has knowledge of Accounts Payable and experience in a Shared Services environment. The main responsibilities of a ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST include:

Process invoices using OCR and validate all the information extracted from the invoice for accuracy. Full training will be provided. The minimum number of invoices processed is approx. 140 for a day.

Answer and return customer service inquiries in a timely manner and meet all SLA requirements

The candidate will be a confident communicator, have good attention to detail, and be able to work in a pressurized environment driven by deadlines and SLAs.

Ability to take responsibility for the quality of own work.

Always a team player.

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities

Required to work the first week of the month

To apply for the role, you must have the following

Two + years of Accounts Payable experience

Experience within an Administration or Finance department + familiar with invoice and payment processing

Detail oriented

Able to work independently in a team environment

Able to follow written and verbal instruction

Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on outstanding customer service

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Customer Service driven

Superior organization skills to ensure deadlines are met

Ability to analyze and interpret information

It will also be favorable if you have the following

Kofax OCR Experience

Shared Services Experience

Ability to read international languages (EMEA region)

Complies with necessary protocol and procedure

Communicates freely and interacts with the wider team

Offers ideas and suggestions at team meetings

Complies with mandatory training requests

Takes interest in driving own development
