Pour notre client, régie familiale bien ancrée dans le patrimoine local, nous cherchons un ou une Responsable Comptabilité Immobilière maitrisant Quorum.
**Responsable Comptable Immobilier**
Accompagné de votre équipe, vous êtes en charge de
\- Supervision de la comptabilité immobilière et des opérations courantes
\- Etablissement des bouclements, décomptes de gestion et décomptes de charges
\- Suivi des comptes propriétaires, locataires et fournisseurs
\- Contrôle et réconciliation des comptes
\- Reportings
\- Amélioration et la fiabilisation des processus comptables.
\- Expérience confirmée en comptabilité immobilière en Suisse avec une première expérience en management
\- Maitrise de Quorum \- indispensable
\- Salaire : entre 8500 et 9000 x 13 selon le candidat
