Job profile

We are currently looking for a full-time (40h) BIM Manager (m/​f/​d) to join our team in Tirana, Albania.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the BIM execution plan (BEP)

Set standards and protocols for BIM workflows, ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 19650

Manage model coordination meetings, facilitating communication between design, engineering, and construction teams

Ensure model integration, clash detection, and resolution across all disciplines

Establish and oversee quality control processes for model accuracy, data consistency, and standards adherence

Perform regular audits on models to ensure project-specific BIM requirements

Lead training sessions for project teams on BIM tools and workflows, enhancing team skills and knowledge

Serve as a point of contact for BIM-related inquiries

Generate regular reports on BIM performance, clashes detected/​resolved, and model integrity

Track BIM milestones and provide metrics to stakeholders on the model’s progress
