You can expect the following
Carrying out BIM coordination
Leading internal and external coordination meetings
Creating and updating BIM execution plans
Managing BIM requirements and ensuring implementation
Coordinating data transfers at the interface between planning, specialist planning and the client
Ensuring internal quality specifications for data models
Further development and maintenance of BIM standards, Revit templates and families
You bring along
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in implementing BIM projects
Confident approach to developing project and work processes in model-based workflows
Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit and tools for model coordination (e.g., bimCollab Zoom, Solibri Model Checker)
Basic knowledge of data management for digital, model-based room databases (e.g., dRofus)
Enthusiasm for working with information models and scripting languages such as Grasshopper or Dynamo
Fluent German and good English skills
