Senior Backend Engineer (Java)

Scale Tech is a Lithuanian software development and outsourcing agency working with clients across Lithuania, Europe, and the US. For this position, we are partnering with a Lithuanian FinTech client and hiring an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join a long-term project.

We are looking for a senior-level engineer who

Has strong experience with Java and Spring Boot

Understands API design and integrations

Has experience working with PostgreSQL databases

Is comfortable working with AWS cloud services

Can work independently in a remote environment

Communicates effectively within international teams

Takes ownership and contributes to technical decisions
