HEAVY MOBILE EQUIPMENT MECHANIC INSPECTOR SUPERVISOR

You will assist in the establishment of master schedules of inspections for equipment and non-equipment items, to include the estimation of man-hour workloads for inspectors and support personnel required for equipment disassembly and operation.

You will perform safety and condition inspections for heavy mobile equipment vehicles, towed units, forklifts and other heavy construction equipment.

You will be responsible for the timely and proficient execution of all inspection branch functions which include all local inspection functions related to transportation, construction, and allied equipment and non-equipment items.

You will ensure personnel have required documents to conduct inspection and operational tests, including contracts, specifications, operator's manual, Technical Orders, Technical Manuals, classification of defect list, and work order authorizations.

You will be responsible for the quality control and assurance of agreed maintenance processes and completion of work ensuring that each Inspector conducts a thorough physical inspection in accordance with customer work requests.

You will perform various duties of first-line administrative supervision for the Inspection Branch.
