This is an Essential-Employee Position. The employee will be required to report to work during emergencies AND inclement weather situations. Work schedule may require some occasionally mandatory overtime on holidays AND weekends.
The individual selected for this position will: HVAC: Performs maintenance inspections, installations and necessary repairs to various equipment including refrigeration, commercial kitchen appliances and HVAC.
Responsible for reading and adjusting electronic and pneumatic Direct Digital Controls (DDC), air compressors, ice machines and various pump and steam operated equipment. Troubleshoots and builds various systems and software to include BacNet Direct Digital Control Systems, ALC software and Building Automation System (BAS).
Modifies pneumatic EMCS systems, electrical valves and sensors. Electrical Monitoring and Equipment Creates prototype applications and rewiring layouts and troubleshoots using technical models and designs. Responsible for correcting electrical control or monitoring systems and equipment.
Dismantles electrical-mechanical systems to resolve necessary repairs and makes corrections if necessary. Executes installation and mantises existing electrical systems. Removes and fixes electrical or electronic malfunctions such as relay systems, interface devices and analog/digital controls.
Plumbing Installs and repairs utility, supply and disposal plumbing systems. Modifies systems and equipment flow and drainage. Replaces sewage, water, oil and gas distribution equipment, tubs, fire sprinkler systems and showers and replaces faucets, sinks, toilets, urinals, flushometer valves and clogged drains.
Utilizes plum bobs, augers, pumps and gauges.

Screen-Out: Ability to perform Journey-Level Maintenance Mechanic work in HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing with minimal supervision.
