## **Your Impact** ##

* Du leitest und koordinierst Prüfungen von Jahres- und Konzernrechnungen nationaler und internationaler Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen vor Ort oder remote.

* Du beurteilst Geschäftsprozesse und unterstützt Kunden bei anspruchsvollen Fragestellungen der Rechnungslegung nach OR, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER und US GAAP.

* Du führst Sonderaufträge und -prüfungen durch, begleitest diverse Projektaufträge und engagierst dich in der Trade, Industries & Services-Community.

* Du förderst und coachst Mitarbeitende, unterstützt ihre fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung und trägst zu einer inspirierenden Teamkultur bei.

* Du treibst die Digitalisierung der Wirtschaftsprüfung voran, indem moderne Datenanalyse- und Automatisierungstools in Prüfungsprozesse integriert werden.

## **Your Skill Set** ##

* Du bist im Besitz eines anerkannten Schweizer Wirtschaftsprüferdiploms oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation wie ACCA, ACA oder CPA.

* Du verfügst über 4 bis 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, idealerweise im Big Four Umfeld.

* Ausgeprägte Coaching-Mentalität sowie Freude daran, Wissen weiterzugeben und Talente zu fördern stehen bei dir im Vordergrund.

* Du hast eine hohe Affinität für digitale Lösungen sowie Interesse an Datenanalyse- und Audit-Tools wie Alteryx, Power BI oder vergleichbaren Technologien.

* Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
