Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Auditor – ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 to plan and conduct management system audits, evaluate compliance with international standards, and prepare accurate audit reports while maintaining strong client relationships and certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits in accordance with applicable accreditation and certification requirements.

Plan, coordinate, and independently execute first-, second-, or third-party audits.

Evaluate Quality and Environmental Management Systems against relevant international standards and certification requirements.

Prepare audit plans, audit reports, findings, and other certification documentation accurately and within agreed timelines.

Conduct effective opening and closing meetings with clients.

Ensure the technical accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of audit documentation.

Provide technical guidance to clients throughout the certification process.

Identify areas of non-conformity and assess the effectiveness of corrective actions where applicable.

Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Support business development activities and participate in technical discussions when required.

Deliver a high standard of customer service while maintaining professional independence and audit integrity.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Quality Management, Food Science, Textile Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Recognized ISO 14001 Lead Auditor qualification.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant industry and auditing experience.

Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems.

Sound understanding of management system standards, auditing principles, certification processes, and accreditation requirements.

Proven experience in conducting first-, second-, or third-party audits.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.

Professional attitude with a strong commitment to quality, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in one or more of the following sectors will be a significant advantage:
