✅ Entwicklung und Projektierung von Bauvorhaben von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung
✅ Mitarbeit in sämtlichen Planungsphasen
✅ Erstellung von Entwurfs-, Ausführungs- und Detailplänen
✅ Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Projekten im Wohnungs- und Gewerbebau sowie bei Umbauten und Sanierungen
✅ Koordination mit Bauherrschaften, Fachplanern und Behörden
✅ Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten
Dein Profil
✔ Abgeschlossenes Studium in Architektur (ETH, FH oder vergleichbar) oder Ausbildung als Zeichner/in Architektur EFZ
✔ Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
✔ Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ArchiCAD
✔ Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
✔ Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Projekte ganzheitlich zu begleiten
✔ Teamgeist und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
✔ Gute Deutschkenntnisse
