Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Ausführung spannender Architekturprojekte von der ersten Skizze bis zur Fertigstellung ?
- Du erstellst Entwürfe, Ausführungspläne und Details für Neu- und Umbauprojekte
- Du koordinierst und überwachst die Bauausführung vor Ort
- Du arbeitest eng mit Bauherren, Fachplanern und ausführenden Firmen zusammen
- Du kümmerst dich um Genehmigungsverfahren und behördliche Abstimmungen
- Du führst Qualitätskontrollen durch und stellst die Einhaltung von Terminen und Budgets sicher
- Du entwickelst kreative und funktionale Lösungen für architektonische Herausforderungen
Profil
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Architekturstudium (Diplom, Bachelor oder Master)
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in Planung und Bauüberwachung mit
- Du beherrschst CAD-Software (z.B. AutoCAD, ArchiCAD oder Revit) sicher
- Du hast Kenntnisse in relevanten Normen, Baurecht und VOB
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und hast ein gutes Auge fürs Detail ?
- Du bist kommunikativ und arbeitest gerne im Team
- Du hast Lust auf abwechslungsreiche Projekte und bringst Eigeninitiative mit
- Ein Führerschein Klasse B ist von Vorteil
