The posting

You will work with multiple BL/SL, AOPs, PWOs, ROICCs, develops and implements strategies to ensure smooth program execution through proactive management of delivery POAM's, including prompting external demand signals and support resources.

You will execute operational Business Plan objectives, assessing compliance of the vertical execution team with established business practices, and making recommendations for changes.

You will provide overall guidance to internal operational elements regarding supported command issues. Detailed knowledge of the DON organization, strategic plan, vision, and values, DoD, specific client related standard business practices.

You will monitor and report monthly on Top Supported Command initiatives, as well as other high priority/ high visibility issues / projects and programs active in the Command.

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following 1) Experience in project and/or program management. 2) Experience in assessment and analytics of project metrics, and development of briefs for management. Researches, analyzes, and provides recommendations regarding process improvement initiatives.

If applying for series 0808, incumbent must submit a valid and current Registered Architect (RA) licensure with application package. If applying for series 0801 or 0810 or 0830 or 0850, incumbent must submit a valid and current Professional Engineer (PE) licensure with application package.
