Atelier M2 Sàrl, un bureau d'architecture dynamique et innovant basé en Suisse, recherche un(e) Architecte HES / IAG / EPF polyvalent(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Si vous êtes passionné(e) par la conception architecturale et la gestion de projets, ce poste à 100% est fait pour vous !
Responsabilités
Conception et développement de projets architecturaux (DA et DT).
Élaboration des plans et documents nécessaires pour les différentes phases de projet.
Coordination avec les différents intervenants du projet (clients, ingénieurs, autorités, etc.).
Suivi architectural et suivi des travaux de la phase initiale à la réalisation.
Contrôles des délais, des budgets et des normes en vigueur.
Qualifications
Diplôme d'architecte HES / IAG / EPF ou équivalent.
Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets en Suisse (minimum 5 ans).
Maîtrise des outils de conception (Archicad, 3D, MS office, Artlantis, Messerli un atout).
Bonne connaissance des normes et réglementations suisses (SIA).
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
Excellentes compétences en communication et organisation.
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit), la connaissance d'autres langues est un atout.
