Job profile
For an international airport project, we are currently looking for a Senior Lead Architect (m/f/d) to join our team.
Responsibilities
Design & Technical leadership of project teams together with the Project Architect to support the Studio Lead
Perform and deliver full construction documents packages on all phases including concept design, design development, construction documents and specifications
Responsible for the process of design, the functional and technical conception of the project, the coordination of the team and the documentation of the project
Ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations, analyze project and client requirements and develop architectural and technical solutions together with the Project Leader
Present and coordinate projects through all phases to client, stakeholder and consultants
Ensure that all architectural and engineering plans comply with the respective local building codes and standards.
Engage and integrate the Coop Himmelb(l)au working methods, procedures and workflow of architecture in the design process

For this full-time position (40h/week), a minimum salary of € 3.788,- gross per month applies according to the Austrian collective agreement; overpayment is possible depending on education, qualification and professional experience.
