Senior Architect (m/f/d)

We offer a position as Senior Architect with long-term career prospects within our architecture department. The role focuses on laboratory and production buildings for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry in Switzerland, with a strong emphasis on high-quality architectural design.

Your responsibilities will cover all tasks across project phases 1-5 in accordance with SIA standards.

**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**

* Lead and contribute to architectural design for complex laboratory and production facilities

* Manage and execute projects across SIA phases 1-5

* Develop design concepts that integrate technical and regulatory requirements into high-quality architecture

* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

* Ensure compliance with Swiss standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements

**Show your expertise**

* Master of Science in Architecture (Switzerland or equivalent) and 5-7 years of professional experience in the Swiss market

* Ideally, experience in the design of pharmaceutical and/or biotech facilities

* Proficiency in CAD and BIM tools, especially Revit, as well as strong knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and regulations

* Ability to visually present and clearly communicate results according to project phases

* Creative, team-oriented, with a fast grasp of complex topics and the ability to distill key information

* Willingness to travel within Switzerland

* Strong customer focus, ability to inspire, and confident stakeholder management, including leadership skills in client interactions

* Fluent in German, English, and French, with a passion for translating complex technical requirements into identity-defining architecture
