We are looking for a **Senior AI Software Engineer / AI Solution Architect** who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with practical experience in Artificial Intelligence, especially in applying modern AI capabilities such as Large Language Models (LLMs) into real-world products.

This is a **hands-on engineering role**, not a purely conceptual or research-oriented position. The ideal candidate actively builds, experiments, and delivers production-ready software while contributing to the strategic adoption of AI across products and teams.

The role sits at the intersection of

* Software engineering

* AI/ML application

* Product innovation

The candidate will play a key role in shaping how AI is integrated into current and future products and will contribute to internal AI capabilities, tooling, and best practices.

**Das bringst du mit****:**

* Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or at a related field with focus on AI

* 5+ years of experience in software development and in working with AI / Machine Learning

* Technical skills in programming and Engineering (C\#, Python or TypeScript, Java, Go)

* Practical experience with large language models (LLMs, AI APIs and integration)

* strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders

* Mentoring and coaching mindset

* Curiosity and continuous learning attitude

* English (C1) and as a plus German (B2) written and spoken
