In this technical and client-facing role, you will lead actuarial pricing exercises while engaging directly with clients and brokers. We seek a candidate who combines market expertise, technical proficiency, and innovative thinking with a deep understanding of client needs and challenges. This position requires occasional travel and a balance of analytical skills and interpersonal communication.

## What you'll be doing ##

* Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing methodologies and tools for Life reinsurance pricing

* Establish pricing bases for target markets and product lines

* Conduct detailed pricing of proportional and non-proportional reinsurance solutions, including experience analyses, assumption development and cash flows modeling

* Partner with the life underwriting function in responding to client and broker requests for proposals

* Review performance of the in-force portfolio against pricing expectations and recommend corrective actions where needed

## What you'll bring to the role ##

* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as actuarial science, data science or mathematics

* Relevant experience in life reinsurance pricing or a closely related actuarial role

* Strong analytical skills and an interest in using data analytics to generate practical business insights

* Curiosity about modern AI tools and techniques, and motivation to explore their value in actuarial work

* Fluency in English; additional languages are a valuable asset in our international environment

* A collaborative and curious mindset, with the confidence to exchange ideas across teams and markets

* A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the drive to take ownership in a dynamic growth environment
