## About Our Client ##

Our client is a financial services company managing multiple entities and bank accounts.

## Job Description ##

* Joining the Accounting department;

* Recording accounting entries for various companies and bank accounts;

* Processing bank transactions, intercompany operations, investment movements, foreign exchange revaluations, accruals, and prepayments;

* Reviewing and controling supplier invoices and expenses;

* Coordinating with Treasury for supplier payments;

* Preparing bank and balance sheet reconciliations;

* Assisting with quarterly funding requests and management accounts;

* Supporting annual budgeting and year-end closing activities;

* Maintaining accounting, banking, and administrative records;

* Performing ad hoc analyses and supporting additional finance-related projects as required;

* Reporting to the clients and the Management;

* Participation to the day to day in the office.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Accounting qualification and/or knowledge of accounting principles, ideally IFRS;

* 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar accounting function;

* Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong IT aptitude and the ability to learn new systems quickly;

* Fluent in French and English;

* Reliable, rigorous, detail-oriented, and organized;

* Strong team player with a high degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
