This role will be instrumental in managing core accounting activities and ensuring an accurate financial close process. The Accounting Manager will work closely with various teams to maintain scalable accounting practices that support the company's growth.

Accountabilities Own and execute key aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Ensure accurate accounting in accordance with U.S.

GAAP Support accounting for R&D and clinical trial activities Help design, document, and improve accounting processes Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams Support external audits and reviews Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred) 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in biotech or life sciences Strong knowledge of U.S.
