Für dieses dynamische Umfeld suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit für einen temporären Einsatz von rund 8 Monaten.
**Interim Teamleitung Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d) ? 80?100%**
Dauer: ab sofort für ca. 8 Monate
Standort: Unterseen
**Ihre Aufgaben**
* Operative & fachliche Leitung: Fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams Finanzbuchhaltung.
* Abschlüsse & Revision: Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses 2026 inkl. Begleitung der Revision sowie Erstellung von Quartalsabschlüssen und der Konzernrechnung nach OR und SGF.
* Finanzwesen & Steuern: Verantwortung für Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Anlagen- und Hauptbuchhaltung, MWST, Steuern sowie Liquiditätsplanung und Cash Management.
* Governance & Systeme: Sicherstellung des Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS), Einhaltung gesetzlicher und internen Vorgaben sowie Modulverantwortung für das ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central).
* Controlling & Reporting: Erstellung von Analysen, Reportings, Forecasts und Entscheidungsgrundlagen sowie Mitarbeit bei der Budgetierung und Finanzplanung.
* Projekte & Sonderaufgaben: Leitung oder Mitwirkung bei Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten, Verantwortung für die Klienten-Buchhaltung und die kaufmännische Berufsbildung.
Qualifikationen
#### Ihr Profil ####
* Ausbildung: Höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Finanzen/Rechnungswesen (z. B. Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Dipl. Experte oder Bachelor/Master mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen).
* Erfahrung: Mehrjährige fundierte Praxis im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit nachweisbarer Abschlusssicherheit (OR/SGF) sowie Führungserfahrung.
* IT-Kenntnisse: Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in modernen ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) und MS Office.
* Persönlichkeit: Analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Eigenverantwortung, Durchsetzungsstärke und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
