## Job Description ##

* Manage accounting processes for the EMEA region to ensure accuracy and compliance.

* Overseeing key accounting operations across the region, including accounts payable, payroll accounting, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and general ledger activities.

* Driving cash flow management through accurate cash forecasting, intercompany funding coordination, and robust payment control processes.

* Ensuring effective payroll governance by managing payroll accounting, accruals, gross-to-net reconciliations, and compliance with local statutory requirements.

* Partnering with third-party providers, shared service centers, and local finance teams to deliver operational excellence and foster continuous process improvements.

* Acting as the primary escalation point for complex accounting, operational, and regulatory matters, ensuring timely resolution and compliance.

## The Successful Applicant ##

A successful Interim Accounting Manager EMEA 100% should have

* Strong technical accounting expertise in US GAAP, statutory reporting, and multinational consolidations.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

* Deep understanding of internal controls, SOX compliance, and corporate governance.

* Experience managing outsourced accounting, payroll, and shared-service providers.

* Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.

* Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

* Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth international environment.

* Fluent English communication skills.
