Ihre Aufgaben

Selbstständige Führung von Lohnbuchhaltungen für verschiedene Treuhandmandate
Verarbeitung der monatlichen Lohnläufe
Abwicklung der gesamten Lohnadministration vom Ein- bis Austritt
Erstellung von Quellensteuer-, AHV-, BVG- sowie weiteren Sozialversicherungsabrechnungen
Erstellung von Lohnausweisen und Jahresenddeklarationen
Ansprechpartner/in für Kunden bei lohn- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Treuhand- und Mandatsleitenden

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über praktische Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung - idealerweise im Treuhandumfeld
Eine fachspezifische Weiterbildung würde begrüsst und unterstützt werden
Sie arbeiten selbstständig, exakt und zuverlässig
Sie haben Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden und schätzen eine dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Gute Kenntnisse der Schweizer Sozialversicherungen und des Lohnwesens setzen wir voraus
Deutsch beherrschen Sie stilsicher in Wort und Schrift
