Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d)

As a Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) , you will be part of our Central Accounting Team, supporting the timely processing of accounts receivable transactions and contributing to the smooth execution of day-to-day AR activities. You will work with experienced team members, gain hands-on experience in accounts receivable processes, and develop your accounting skills in an international environment.

About the Role

Support the timely processing of accounts receivable transactions, agency settlements, and direct debit requests.

Assist in preparing aging reports and follow up on collection-related matters in cooperation with the Sales Department.

Create manual invoices when required.

Perform accounts receivable reconciliations and investigate discrepancies

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of AR activities.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of best practices.

Prepare clear and accurate documentation of accounting processes and procedures.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Up to 1 year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable, including internships or relevant university practice. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Understanding of accounting principles and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment and collaborate within a team.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).

Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
