Key Responsibilities
Define, communicate, and monitor sales KPIs and targets while analyzing client and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and implement sales, marketing, and product development initiatives for existing and new territories.
Lead the expansion and launch of new sales territories nationwide.
Develop data-driven commercial strategies to optimize sales performance and increase market share.
Design and execute commercial plans, including sales strategies, pricing, and business support for products and services.
Own and achieve the financial targets and key performance indicators for assigned business channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business strategy, account management, sales operations, and financial planning.
Lead complex commercial negotiations with clients, including contract drafting and review.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and customized business solutions.
Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for growth, process improvements, and long-term partnership development.
Partner with the sales team to improve customer adoption of products and services.
Monitor and evaluate business performance across multiple territories, recommending initiatives to improve results.
Work closely with commercial, operations, marketing, and support teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Identify customer needs and develop strategies that align products and services with business requirements.
Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Marketing teams to develop clear customer and channel strategies for assigned market segments.
Lead, coach, and develop sales teams across different customer segments.
Assess team performance, identify strengths and development areas, and implement performance improvement plans.
Evaluate sales opportunities to ensure alignment with operational capabilities and business objectives.
Drive a high-performance sales culture through effective coaching, motivation, and performance management.
Utilize consultative selling and negotiation techniques throughout the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and opportunity creation to proposal development, negotiation, and successful deal closure.
Qualifications
Proven experience in corporate or B2B sales leadership, preferably managing multiple territories or regional markets.
Strong background in business development, account management, and commercial strategy.
Demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, finance, and product teams.
High level of integrity, business acumen, and consultative selling expertise.
Results-oriented with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and drive sustainable growth.
