Job Description

Maintain client renewal and expansion under partnership.

Assist in managing existing client accounts and maintaining regular communication.

Monitor account performance and support clients with basic problem-solving.

Assist in updating client data and preparing simple reports.

Participate in client meetings or calls when needed.

Collect client feedback and report to the lead.

Handle documentation and administrative tasks related to accounts.

Assist in delivering product or system updates as needed.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of accounting and account management processes.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM or similar tools is a plus.
