The Fulfillment Sales Manager is responsible for driving client acquisition, lead conversion, and seamless customer onboarding to generate revenue and exceed sales targets. This role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients, optimizing the sales funnel, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active customer.
By developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, the Fulfillment Sales Manager plays a key role in accelerating business growth, enhancing customer experience, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Main Duties
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients
Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach campaigns.
Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Manage contract negotiations until they are fully agreed and signed by both parties.
Oversee and optimize the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
Work closely with internal teams (operations, KAM, and product teams) to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
Pre-qualify leads from internal sales channels to enhance sales presentations.
Convert leads within the defined TAT to maximize the chances of closing
Qualifications
5-7 years of prior sales experience in solutions selling
Relevant experience and exposure in the following industries (FMCG, Fulfillment, Marketplace)
Strong data management skills
Strong negotiation skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Effective communication skills
Detail oriented and highly dependable
Proactive and works with a sense of urgency
