About the Role

This role manages a portfolio of global brands within Uber Eats Japan. Your day-to-day will range from deep strategic planning and execution to managing executional tasks that ensure the strong growth and success of our largest brand partners.

What You'll Do

Build and execute brand-level strategies to drive outsized growth for both the brand and Uber

Work with cross-functional stakeholders to negotiate strong outcomes that support brand growth

Collaborate with global brand owners to understand best practices and execute for the Japan market

Build an external network within your brands from working level to C-level to influence outcomes and strategy

Basic Qualifications

Strong stakeholder management skills with experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations

Proven negotiation ability with a track record of securing favorable commercial outcomes

Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brand priorities simultaneously

Sharp commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset

Fluent in both Japanese and English

Preferred Qualifications

Financial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L data and inform commercial decisions

Experience with data querying tools (e.g. SQL) to extract insights and support strategy

Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to senior and external audiences
